These are a few of our favorite recipes using our Perfect Peanut Brittle and Brittle Bits

The Perfect (Peanut Brittle) Maine Ice Cream Sundae

3 scoops Maine Moose Tracks ice cream (the best!)

Caramel topping

Hot fudge

2 tablespoons Brittle Bits Ice Cream Topping

Whipped cream

One medium piece Perfect Peanut Brittle

Place Moose Tracks into your favorite ice cream dish.  Add caramel, hot fudge and 2 tablespoons Brittle Bits Ice Cream Topping.  Top with whipped cream and insert Perfect Peanut Brittle.  Enjoy! Makes one delicious sundae

Brittle Bits Bash Ice Cream (using home ice cream mixer)

2 1/2 cups milk

2 3/4 cups sugar

1 teaspoon salt

2 1/2 cups half and half

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

6 cups whipping cream

2 cups (approx 12 oz) Brittle Bits Ice Cream Topping

Scald milk until bubbles form around edge of pan.  Remove from heat.  Add sugar and salt.  Stir until dissolved.  Stir in half and half, vanilla and whipping cream.  Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.  Freeze using ice cream mixer.  Add Brittle Bits before placing in home freezer.  Makes 1 Gallon
